Multi-day shows are some of our most-booked work. We routinely run 2-, 3-, and 5-day activations with discounted multi-day package rates and a barista team scheduled across consecutive days for consistent service from open to close.
We handle the operational lift end to end: daily setup and breakdown when the venue requires it, COIs filed in advance, freight and union labor coordination, and direct communication with venue ops. Your booth captain just points us to the space — we take it from there.
We also rotate the drink menu day-by-day so the booth stays a destination for repeat attendees. Day 1 might be classic espresso drinks; Day 2 introduces seasonal specials; Day 3 features a custom signature drink tied to your campaign.

Can you integrate badge scanning for lead capture?
Yes. We can scan attendee badges before serving (or your team can do this — many shows require the exhibitor to handle the scan). Either way, the coffee cart becomes a natural lead-capture funnel: drink in hand, badge scanned, conversation started. We've also worked with shows where guests get a custom QR code printed on their cup that links to a demo signup.
How much does a trade show coffee cart cost?
Trade show coffee cart packages start at $750 for a half-day setup (4 hours) with a single barista. Most exhibitors book full-day or multi-day service in the $1,500-$5,000 range depending on duration, branding, and lead-capture integrations. Multi-day exhibitions are quoted as a package. How fast can you serve attendees?
A single barista handles ~50-60 drinks per hour. For high-traffic shows where you expect long lines, we deploy two baristas (or a second cart) so wait times stay under 3 minutes. Speed matters at trade shows — a 10-minute line will lose attendees to the next booth.
Do you handle convention center logistics?
Yes. We've served events at the Duke Energy Convention Center (Cincinnati), Greater Columbus Convention Center, KICC (Louisville), Lexington Convention Center, and many more. We handle load-in, dock access, COI requirements, freight, and union labor coordination where applicable. Your booth captain just needs to point us to your space.
Can you serve over multiple days?
Yes — multi-day activations are some of our most-booked work. We routinely run 2-, 3-, and 5-day shows with discounted multi-day package rates and consistent barista staffing across all days. We handle daily setup and breakdown when the venue requires it (or leave the cart in place between days when the show allows), rotate the drink menu daily so the booth stays a destination for repeat attendees, and coordinate directly with venue ops, AV, and freight teams to keep everything running on time.
What about insurance and certificates of insurance (COI)?
We carry full general liability and product liability insurance. We routinely provide COIs naming convention centers, venues, and primary contractors as additional insured. Send us the COI requirements when you book and we'll have it filed before show day.
Can you create a signature drink for our brand?
Yes — and it's one of our most popular requests. We collaborate on a drink that ties to your product, campaign, or color palette, then put it on the menu board with custom signage. Past examples: a 'Demo Day Mocha' for a SaaS launch, a 'Champion's Latte' for a sports sponsor, a 'Code Red' iced drink for a cybersecurity company.
