How much does a coffee cart cost in Cincinnati?

Typical events run $850–$2,500 depending on guest count, service duration, and add-ons, and multi-day trade show activations range from $1,500–$5,000. What's included in every package?
Every package includes setup and breakdown, all equipment and supplies, premium coffee beans, non-coffee options, professional barista service, and insurance coverage. There are no hidden fees — the price we quote is the price you pay.
How do add-ons affect the total cost?
Add-ons are priced separately and can be added to any package — a matcha bar runs $325/hour, pastry service is $55/dozen, cookies are $72/dozen, and a multiple cart setup is $250/hour. See the full add-on menu below for current rates.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event. We accept credit cards and ACH transfers. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date can transfer their deposit to a future date. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for partial refunds depending on circumstances.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is greatly appreciated by our baristas. A 15-20% gratuity is standard for exceptional service, though it's entirely at your discretion.
