What's included in every package?
Every package includes setup and breakdown, all equipment and supplies, premium coffee beans, non-coffee options, oat milk, insurance coverage, and a dedicated event coordinator. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. Cart wraps, branded cups, and the latte printer are optional. The quote we send is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees.
How do add-ons affect the total cost?
Add-ons can be added to any package — a matcha bar, pastry or cookie service, extra carts, and more. We'll include whatever you need in your custom quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event. We accept credit cards and ACH transfers. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date can transfer their deposit to a future date. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for partial refunds depending on circumstances.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is greatly appreciated by our baristas. A 15-20% gratuity is standard for exceptional service, though it's entirely at your discretion.
