What you need on site
The cart is self-contained. We bring the equipment, cups, and baristas. We have a 2-hour minimum.
- A standard 120V, 15-amp outlet within 50 feet for each cart
- No water hookup and no use of your kitchen
- Room for a compact cart that fits through a standard doorway
- We arrive 60 to 90 minutes early and break down in about 30 minutes

Do you serve hot chocolate at events?
Hot chocolate is on our menu as a non-coffee option, and every booking includes non-coffee options. For a winter event, a holiday party, or a crowd with a lot of kids, we can build the bar around it.
Can we have hot chocolate and espresso at the same event?
The same cart serves espresso drinks, hot chocolate, tea, and matcha lattes. Guests order whatever they like from the menu.
What flavors can you add to hot chocolate?
Our syrups include vanilla, honey, and chocolate. Peppermint and gingerbread are available December through February, which lines up with holiday party season. Oat milk is always stocked for dairy-free guests.
Is a hot chocolate bar good for kids and family events?
Hot chocolate gives kids and non-coffee drinkers a drink made to order, the same as the adults get. It works for school events, church gatherings, and family holiday parties.
Can you set up outdoors in winter?
The cart sets up indoors or outdoors. We need a flat surface and a standard 120V, 15-amp outlet within 50 feet for each cart. We do not need a water hookup. For outdoor winter events, have an indoor or covered backup spot in mind.
How early should we book for the holidays?
November and December are our busiest months. For a company holiday party, book 6 to 8 weeks ahead. For other events, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough.
