How coffee cart pricing works
Solo Coffee Cart does not publish prices, price ranges, or package prices. If you are asking how much it costs to hire a coffee cart, what a wedding coffee cart costs, or what a mobile barista bar runs, the answer is a custom quote for your event. This page explains what goes into that quote. The number itself comes from the booking form.
Six things shape every quote: guest count, hours of service, location and travel, the menu, add-ons, and whether the booking is one event or a repeating one. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. The quote we send is the price for what it lists.
What goes into a quote
Same factors for a wedding, an office, a brand activation, or a private party. The mix changes. The way we quote does not.
How many people you expect, and whether they all arrive at once. A larger group, or a short window where everyone orders together, can mean another barista or another cart. Staffing is part of the quote, not a separate labor bill.
How long the bar is open. A longer window takes more barista time. We typically book a minimum of 2 to 3 hours. For a shorter event, send the details and we will tell you if we can make it work. Weddings often book cocktail hour, the reception, or both.
The city and the venue are part of the quote. We serve Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Columbus, and Indianapolis. For a larger event outside those cities, tell us where it is and we will say whether we can take it.
The booking includes our espresso menu, non-coffee options, and oat milk. A custom signature drink, a more complex menu, or a swap to the matcha cart is quoted with the event. The matcha cart needs two baristas.
Anything beyond the base booking is quoted with it: another cart, a matcha bar, pastry or cookie service, branded cups, bottled lattes, cold brew, drip coffee, a custom menu, a cart wrap, or the latte printer.
A single event is quoted on its own. A repeating office schedule is quoted for the series. Recurring clients get priority scheduling, locked-in pricing, and a dedicated account contact. We do not publish a standing rate for either one.
How fast a barista can serve is covered in how many drinks a coffee cart serves per hour. That guide is about staffing, not a rate.

Weddings, offices, and everyone else
A wedding coffee cart uses the same six factors. Guest count and hours move the quote more than the fact that it is a wedding. Signature drinks and cups with your names or monogram are add-ons when you want them. Read the wedding coffee bar page for how the bar fits the day, and the wedding coffee bar planning guide for the same factors written for a reception. The quote still comes from the booking form.
An office event or a monthly office visit is quoted from headcount, hours, and how often we come. See office coffee cart service. A brand activation adds branding scope on top of the same base. See who to hire for a brand activation.
Event types we quote, still without a published rate, are listed on the pricing page. Cincinnati-specific planning notes are in the Cincinnati coffee cart planning guide.

Pricing questions
How much does it cost to hire a coffee cart?
Solo Coffee Cart does not publish a price. Hiring the cart is a custom quote. Guest count, hours of service, location and travel, the menu, add-ons, and whether the booking is one event or a repeating schedule all go into that quote. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. The quote we send is the price for the items it lists. Send your event through the booking form and we will reply with a number for that event.
How much does a coffee cart cost for a wedding?
A wedding is quoted the same way as any other event: how many guests, how many hours (cocktail hour, the reception, or both), where the venue is, the menu, and any add-ons such as a signature drink or branded cups. We do not list a wedding package price. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. Tell us the date, venue, and headcount on the booking form and we will send a custom quote.
What is the pricing for a mobile barista bar?
A mobile barista bar is the same booking as the coffee cart. We do not bill baristas by the hour as standalone labor. Staffing, the cart, ingredients, supplies, setup, breakdown, and insurance are one custom quote based on guest count, hours, and add-ons. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. There is no separate barista rate card on this site.
What is included before any add-ons?
Every booking includes setup and breakdown, equipment and supplies, premium coffee, non-coffee options, oat milk, insurance, and a dedicated event coordinator. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. Cart wraps, branded cups, and the latte printer are optional. They are not part of every booking.
How is a recurring office cart quoted differently from a one-off?
A one-off office event, wedding, or party is quoted for that date. A recurring office cart is quoted for the schedule you want, such as a monthly or quarterly visit. Recurring clients get priority scheduling, locked-in pricing for that agreement, and a dedicated account contact. We still do not publish a standing rate. The series gets its own quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit and a signed contract secure the date. The remaining balance is due before the event. We accept credit cards and ACH. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, the deposit can move to another date. Gratuity is not included in the quote.
