Guest count is the other big driver. We comfortably serve 50 to 500+ guests, but a wedding with 300 guests needs more than one barista pulling shots to keep the line moving during cocktail hour — that's the difference between a single-cart quote and a multi-cart one.
Matching Staffing to Your Guest List
Each barista on a Solo Coffee Cart wedding serves roughly 80–100 drinks per hour with a standard espresso menu. For a 90-minute cocktail hour with 150 guests, one barista is usually enough to keep wait times short. Push past 250–300 guests, or run a longer service window, and a second barista (or a second cart) keeps the line moving instead of competing with the dance floor for attention. Every wedding package includes setup and breakdown, all equipment and supplies, premium coffee beans, non-coffee options, professional barista service, and insurance coverage — the same all-inclusive structure covered on our pricing page. Signature drinks and a custom menu board are part of the standard wedding package, not an upsell.

Booking a Wedding Coffee Bar in Cincinnati
