What you need on site
The cart is self-contained. We bring the equipment, cups, and baristas. We have a 2-hour minimum.
- A standard 120V, 15-amp outlet within 50 feet for each cart
- No water hookup and no use of your kitchen
- Room for a compact cart that fits through a standard doorway
- We arrive 60 to 90 minutes early and break down in about 30 minutes

Cold brew and iced coffee questions
Do you offer a cold brew station?
Our cold brew station serves smooth cold brew over ice, made from our cold brew concentrate, with syrups for flavor. It is an add-on that runs alongside the espresso cart.
Can you serve iced lattes too?
The espresso cart makes iced versions of our espresso drinks to order, so guests can get an iced latte with whole or oat milk and the syrup of their choice.
What are bottled lattes for?
Bottled lattes are pre-made and ready to serve, in multiple flavors. They are built for grab-and-go service in high-traffic areas such as conferences, where some guests cannot wait in line.
How many people can you serve at a large outdoor event?
Each cart makes about 50 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add carts, a cold brew station, or bottled lattes so lines stay short.
What do you need for an outdoor setup?
