Questions from event planners

Do you carry insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Solo Coffee Cart carries general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your company or venue as an additional insured. We can also supply documentation for your vendor approval process.
Can you work with our procurement and invoicing process?
We invoice your company and can work with your procurement team. A W-9 is available on request.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 2-4 weeks of notice for standard corporate events. If the event needs custom branding such as cart wraps or branded cups, plan on 4-6 weeks for design and production. Rush bookings may be possible, so reach out either way.
Can you handle large events?
For big events we add carts and baristas, and we plan cart placement with your event layout to keep lines moving. Our largest so far was 2,000+ guests over a multi-day event.
How many drinks per hour can one cart serve?
Each cart serves about 50 drinks per hour. If more guests are likely to want a drink in the same hour, we recommend adding a cart.
What do you need from our venue?
A standard 120V, 15-amp outlet within 50 feet for each cart. No water hookup is required. We bring the cart, equipment, supplies, and baristas, and we handle setup and breakdown.
