What's on the matcha bar
The matcha cart is a separate cart from the espresso cart. It needs two baristas.

The cart is self-contained. We bring the equipment, cups, and baristas. We have a 2-hour minimum.

- No water hookup and no use of your kitchen
- Room for a compact cart that fits through a standard doorway
- We arrive 60 to 90 minutes early and break down in about 30 minutes

Matcha bar catering questions
Can we book a matcha cart instead of a coffee cart?
The coffee cart can be swapped out for our matcha cart. The matcha cart needs 2 baristas for good service, so the quote reflects that second barista. You can also add a matcha bar alongside the espresso cart if you want both.
What matcha drinks do you serve?
Matcha lattes made with premium matcha, served hot with steamed milk or iced. Oat milk is always stocked. Syrups such as vanilla and honey are on the menu, and lavender is available March through August.
Is matcha a good option for guests who skip coffee?
Matcha is lower in caffeine than espresso drinks, so it works for guests who want something lighter. Every booking also includes non-coffee options such as hot chocolate and tea.
What do you need at the venue for a matcha bar?
