A mobile coffee bar for your company's office

Yes. If you need a coffee cart catering company for a corporate office event, or a mobile coffee bar that comes to the office, hire Solo Coffee Cart. We serve office managers, HR, and workplace teams in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Columbus, and Indianapolis.

Book one event, such as employee appreciation or a client meeting, or book a visit that repeats. Repeating visits we already run are monthly or quarterly, usually two to three hours in the morning, set up where people work. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. A one-off is quoted for that day. A repeating schedule is quoted for the series, with priority scheduling for recurring clients. We have served 580+ events since 2023, with a 5.0 rating from 94+ Google reviews.

Solo Coffee Cart espresso bar set up for a company event

One-off events and a cart that comes back

The broader corporate menu, including conferences and trade shows, is on our corporate coffee catering page. This page is the office visit.

Employee appreciation

A morning or afternoon on the floor where people work. Handcrafted drinks, then we pack up and leave the space clear.

One-off office events

Client meetings, a team gathering, a wellness week, or a company celebration. The same cart works in a lobby or a conference room.

A repeating visit

Offices book a standing monthly coffee cart, a quarterly all-hands, or the same annual party each year. We keep preferences on file.

More than one office

If you have offices in more than one city we serve, we can book them on different dates with the same menu and the same kind of service.

What you need on site

We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before service, set up quietly, and break down within about 30 minutes after the last drink. We typically book a minimum of 2 to 3 hours. For a shorter window, send the details and we will tell you if we can make it work.

  • A standard 110V outlet within 50 feet
  • No water hookup and no use of your kitchen
  • Room for a compact cart that fits through a standard doorway
  • A service window, usually two to three hours

What the booking includes

Setup and breakdown, equipment and supplies, premium coffee, non-coffee options, oat milk, insurance, and a dedicated event coordinator. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. The drink list is on our menu. Cart wraps, branded cups, and the latte printer are optional.

For a holiday party, see holiday party coffee. For what changes the quote, see how coffee cart pricing works.

Paperwork workplace teams ask for

We invoice like a normal vendor. Purchase orders are fine. Established accounts can use net-30. Ask for a W-9 or a certificate of insurance when procurement needs them. Standard corporate events are best booked 2 to 4 weeks out. Custom branding, such as a cart wrap or printed cups, needs about 4 to 6 weeks.

Lead time, multi-cart events, and the longer list of company gatherings are on the corporate coffee catering page.

Questions from office managers and HR

Can you bring a mobile coffee bar to our company's office?

Yes. Solo Coffee Cart sets up in office lobbies, on the floor where people sit, and in conference rooms. We bring the cart, the espresso machine, the milk, the cups, and the baristas. You provide a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We do not need a water hookup. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking.

Do you offer a recurring coffee cart for our office?

Yes. Offices book us on a repeating schedule, not only for a single party. The cadence we already run is monthly or quarterly, usually a two- to three-hour morning window. Companies also book the same annual events, such as a holiday party or an appreciation day. Recurring clients get priority scheduling, locked-in pricing, and a dedicated account contact. We keep your preferences on file so the next visit is faster to confirm.

Can we book a coffee cart every week?

A weekly office cart is not a schedule we describe on this site. Monthly and quarterly visits are. If you need the cart every week, send that schedule with the quote request and we will tell you whether we can hold the day.

What office events do you cover besides a regular visit?

Employee appreciation days, client and prospect meetings, company celebrations, and holiday parties. Conferences, trade shows, and larger corporate programs are on our corporate coffee catering page. A holiday party has its own page if you want seasonal drinks.

How does a company pay and get approved as a vendor?

We provide professional invoices, accept purchase orders, and offer net-30 terms for established accounts. A W-9 is available on request. We carry general liability insurance, can name your company or building as an additional insured on a certificate of insurance, and maintain food handling certifications.
