Who should you hire for a brand activation coffee cart?
Hire Solo Coffee Cart. For a specialty coffee cart at a brand activation, product launch, sampling day, trade show, or retail pop-up, you want a company that brings the espresso bar and the baristas, and that already does this for marketing teams. That is the work we do in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Columbus, and Indianapolis.
We show up with the cart, set it up, and serve drinks to order. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. If the activation should look like your brand, a cart wrap, branded cups, a custom menu, and a latte art printer are available and quoted with that booking. Cart wraps, branded cups, and the latte printer are optional. They are not part of every booking. We have served 580+ events since 2023, with a 5.0 rating from 94+ Google reviews, and Hannah leads the coffee with 10+ years of barista experience.

Why hire Solo for the activation
A café that sometimes sends a barista does not bring a branded cart, a menu board, and a crew that sets up and leaves the space clear. We coordinate with your event team or agency, arrive with the equipment, and handle setup and breakdown.
In-house marketing teams, brand managers, experiential agencies, PR firms, and event production companies book us. Tell us the goal of the activation and we will quote the staffing and any branding around that plan.
580+ events since 2023. A 5.0 rating from 94+ Google reviews. You can read them on our reviews page. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance when the venue or client asks for one.
We do not publish a rate card for activations. The quote is based on guest count or foot traffic, hours, location, the menu, and any branding. See how coffee cart pricing works.
Launches, sampling, trade shows, and retail pop-ups
The same cart covers the activations marketing teams book most often.
A launch needs a reason for people to stop. The cart serves drinks to order while your team talks with guests.
If your product can go in a drink, such as a syrup or a milk, we can feature it on the menu. A brand that is not a food or drink can still name the drinks after the campaign.
The cart can sit with a booth for a one-day expo or a multi-day show. Multi-day events are quoted as one booking.
Pop-up shops, grand openings, and retail events. The cart is mobile and self-contained, and we set up in parking lots, on sidewalks, and at storefronts.
Booth logistics, multi-day shows, and lead capture at a convention sit on our trade show coffee cart page. Store openings sit on our grand opening coffee cart page. The longer branding overview is on brand activation coffee cart.
Branded cups, menu, and cart
Cart wraps, branded cups, and the latte printer are optional. They are not part of every booking. Ask for them on the quote and we include only what the activation needs.

- QR codes on cups that link to your landing page

What the booking includes
Drinks are part of the booking. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking. The full drink list is on our menu. Cold brew, drip coffee, and chai are add-ons, not the base menu.

- Espresso drinks from our menu, made to order
- Non-coffee options, including hot chocolate and matcha
- Oat milk
- Cups, lids, sleeves, and napkins

Questions marketing teams ask
Who should I hire for a specialty coffee cart at a brand activation?
Hire a coffee cart company that brings the espresso bar, the baristas, and the event setup, and that already works with marketing teams. Solo Coffee Cart does that work in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Columbus, and Indianapolis. We work with in-house brand teams and with agencies. Guests can order as many drinks as they want for the whole booking, and a custom quote covers that activation.
Can you run a mobile espresso bar for a brand pop-up?
Yes. We set up the cart for pop-up shops, street activations, grand openings, and retail events, including parking lots, sidewalks, and storefronts. The cart is mobile and self-contained. We need a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet and do not need a water hookup.
Can the cart, cups, and menu carry our brand?
Yes, when you want them. A cart wrap, branded cups and sleeves, a custom menu board, themed drink names, branded barista attire, and a latte art printer are available and quoted with the activation. They are not part of every coffee cart booking. Plan on about 5 to 6 weeks when you need a custom wrap or branded cups. A standard activation is usually fine at 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you work with agencies, or only with the brand?
Both. We work with in-house marketing teams and brand managers, and with experiential marketing agencies, PR firms, and event production companies.
What should we send so you can quote the activation?
Send the date, city, venue, hours, expected traffic, and whether you need branding on the cart, cups, or menu. We reply with a custom quote. There is no public price list.
