Accuracy
We work to keep menus, services and other details current, but things change and mistakes happen. Information on the site is general and isn't an offer or a quote. The details for your event are the ones in your written quote and agreement.
Links to other sites
The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as our Cortado booking form, social media pages and review sites. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Using the site responsibly
Please don't misuse the site: no spam through our forms, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information in an inquiry.
Limits of liability
The website is provided as it is. We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Solo Coffee Cart isn't liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the website. This section is about the website only. Our responsibilities for an event you book are set out in that event's agreement.
Booking terms
Each event is governed by its own signed quote and agreement. If anything below differs from your agreement, your agreement controls. As a summary of the terms we publish on our pricing page:
- Deposit. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event. We accept credit cards and ACH transfers.
- Cancellations and date changes. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if you cancel more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for partial refunds depending on circumstances.
- Minimum booking. Events have a 2-hour minimum. For shorter events, send us the details and we'll tell you if we can make it work.
- Gratuity. Gratuity is not included in our pricing. It's appreciated by our baristas and entirely at your discretion; 15–20% is typical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
